1. Physical Facility Controls
Unlike decentralized remote platforms where contractors work from unsecured home connections, Strings4u houses your dedicated pods in a purpose-built technical center:
- 24/7 CCTV & Security Staffing: Continuous digital recording of all server rooms, operating floors, and entry points with 90-day archive retention.
- Clean-Desk Policy: Workstations are restricted from unauthorized external media. USB mass storage ports are disabled by default.
- Redundant Infrastructure: Dedicated gigabit fiber connections from Tier-1 carriers with automatic dual-line failover and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) backups.
2. Access Control & Principle of Least Privilege
All staff access to client codebases, CRM records, and infrastructure adheres to zero-trust standards:
- Client-Managed Credentials: We encourage clients to provision dedicated seats within their own Google Workspace, GitHub, or Slack organizations, ensuring instant client-side revocation rights.
- Enforced 2FA: Multi-factor hardware or authenticator app authorization required across all internal systems.
- Zero Shared Passwords: Password sharing across staff members is strictly prohibited and audited through enterprise vault tooling.
3. Bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Prior to receiving any confidential discovery documents or access to client systems, Strings4u executes a bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement. Our NDAs guarantee that:
- Proprietary business strategies, revenue numbers, and customer databases remain strictly confidential in perpetuity.
- Staff members assigned to your pod cannot work simultaneously for direct industry competitors.
- Legal remedies and jurisdiction are governed under the Canadian court system in British Columbia.
