2. Information We Collect

We collect information strictly necessary to fulfill our engineering, automation, and workforce staffing agreements:

• Account & Lead Inquiry Information: Full name, professional email address, telephone/WhatsApp contact details, company name, and project scope submitted through our interactive configurator or booking forms.
• Client Systems Data: API tokens, database schemas, and integration credentials supplied by clients to configure n8n workflow pipelines, custom Next.js web applications, or custom RAG chatbots.
• Technical & Device Telemetry: Anonymized server logs, browser types, IP addresses, and session interaction metrics collected through privacy-focused analytics to improve platform performance.
• Financial & Billing Data: Payment details are processed directly through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateway providers (Stripe). Strings4u never stores complete credit card numbers on our physical or cloud infrastructure.

3. Purpose & Processing Legal Basis

We process your data exclusively under the following lawful bases:

• To construct and deliver bespoke technical blueprints and staff dedicated offline workforce pods.
• To develop, deploy, and support production Next.js software platforms and Three.js visualizers.
• To configure self-hosted n8n workflow automations and vector-grounded conversational intelligence agents.
• To fulfill statutory tax, corporate reporting, and contractual compliance under Canadian and international business laws.

4. Physical Hub & Dedicated Pod Security

Unlike conventional freelance or decentralized outsourcing networks, Strings4u operates secured physical delivery facilities managed under direct Canadian executive leadership:

• Biometric Entry: Physical pod facilities require two-factor biometric authorization for entry. Unauthorized personnel and visitors are strictly barred from working floors.
• Clean-Desk & Restricted Storage: Dedicated workstation hardware utilizes locked operating system configurations with USB mass-storage restrictions and screen-watermarking protocols where required by enterprise clients.
• Bilateral Confidentiality: All full-time developers, SDRs, and ops staff execute comprehensive non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) backstopped by Canadian legal covenants.

5. AI Model Training & Data Isolation

We enforce an absolute Zero Client Data Spillover policy across all custom AI automation and RAG chatbot implementations:

• Client proprietary documentation, CRM contacts, and internal knowledge bases are never utilized to train public foundation models (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Meta).
• All vector embeddings are hosted on dedicated, encrypted vector databases with tenant-level data segregation.
• Workflows built on n8n are self-hosted on enterprise infrastructure to eliminate per-task execution fees and third-party SaaS cloud inspection.

6. Data Subject Rights & Retention

Under Canada's PIPEDA and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you possess full rights to:

• Request an audit copy of all personal and commercial records held by Strings4u.
• Request immediate rectification or permanent erasure ("Right to be Forgotten") of your records upon contract completion.
